Once they respond:
Yes! - "okay great I have (pick a day) or (pick another day) what day would work for you? we can meet at starbucks? (once they respond pick a time that works for both of you can text me to let me know)
No! - "okay thats totally fine, one last favor. I need to practice my skincare class on 30 different women this month is their any reason we can't meet up for a fabulouse facial?" (then book her for a facial or party)

A lot of people ask if we have uniforms in Mary Kay and the answer is kind of! As a brand new consultant your only uniform is to look professional at your weekly success meetings and when you hold parties (dress or skirt, no pants). Some people like myself choose to wear a "beauty coat" at their parties (you have probably seen me in one) these can be purchased on MK Connections for $49 and their are 2 styles BUT this is not mandatory! I like wearing mine because they look super professional and that way I don't have to think about what to wear. (if you want to purchase one talk to me first because the sizing runs funny).
However once you start to build a team we do have uniforms and they are super stylish! Once you are a star team builder (red jacket with 3+ team members) you will have the option to order your "Red Jacket" this is your first big promotion in Mary Kay and it's a huge deal to wear your Red Jacket to Mary Kay functions and our weekly success meetings (it pretty much means you are a big deal!). Then as a Sales Director the company designs us a new suit every year to wear, you will see me wear these at our weekly meetings and at Mary Kay functions. These are our uniforms and they are super stylish and fun!
