When you provide excellent customer service you will have an amazing reorder business which will make your extra thousands of dollars!!! Our reorder business can be extremely lucrative if you put some time into it. Following up with customers is crucial. It takes 3 reorders of you itentiating before they know to start ordering from you automatically. 

 

In this lesson you will be provided with all the scripts and tools you need to provide execellent customer service. Make sure you take the time to print the scripts and use this information. I have worked this business both ways, one taking great care of my customers and two by not following up (I got lazy) and let me tell you by investing the time to take care and follow up with your customers is so much better then not taking care of them.

1. Make sure you label all your products with product labels from MK Connections. People will loose your business card but they do not loose their products. ​My labels have my name, cell number, mary kay website, and "thank you for being a loyal customer" 

2. Make sure to have a website so your customers can shop with you 24/7

3. Offer a Birthday Club: send hand written birthday cards to each of your customers during the first week of their birthday month. Offer either a 10%, 15% or 20% discount for the entire month. 

4. Follow Up is KEY- make sure to print the packet below. 

5. Enroll your customers in Perferred Customer Program 

6. Offer a gift with purchase with $50 or more 

7. Reorders should be packaged beautifully
